Airbrush Application Instruction

  • Clean your face!
  • For us "older" women, hairs on the face seem to show up out of nowhere as we age, lol! WAX, TWEEZE or SHAVE those hairs off the face!  Hair on the face will show using airbrush foundation.
  • Clean your face again!
  • Next, apply a moisturizer. ( I like to use my own concoction of Aloe Vera Gel 100% - bought @ drug store, Vitamin E - also bought @ drug store & water.)
  • Optional step: Apply filler/primer if you use it. (I personally use No 7 Photofix Filler & Primer) It isn't a must. Just optional!
  • Next and very important protocol of this step, if you have blemishes you wish to hide, apply your concealer BEFORE you apply airbrush make up. Airbrush foundation should cover without any concealer. However, if you do use concealer, it ABSOLUTELY has to be applied BEFORE your airbrushing cosmetic!
  • Now your ready to apply your airbrush foundation for your glam look!
    • Place around 6 drops into your airbrush cup.
    • Test the color on the back side of your hand or wrist area, holding the airbrush gun at least 4 inches away from skin.
    • If the color is too light, add a drop or two of a darker airbrush foundation into the cup. Take a tissue and hold it over the end of the spray gun where the foundation sprays out. Press the spray gun trigger to force the air to mix the colors together inside the spray gun cup. (Be sure you placed the lid back onto the cup before you always spray or push the spray gun button!)
    • Test the color again on your arm. Repeat the adding step until you reach your desired shade of Airbrush foundation.
    • Do the same step in reverse (i.e. add a drop or two of a lighter shade if your airbrush foundation is too dark.) Remember to tissue the end and place the lid back onto the cup before pressing the spray gun trigger button to mix as well!
    • Now that you have your desired airbrush foundation shade, pull your hair back away from your face secured.
    • Spray your foundation onto your face, starting from the forehead, working in circular motions, down each side and working in towards the middle, then down the chin, neck and upper chest area. MAKE SURE to hold the airbrush spray gun around 4 inches away from your skin.
    • IMPORTANT!!!:
      • Hold your breath when spraying around your mouth and nose area.
      • KEEP your mouth closed softly!
      • NEVER SQUINT your eyes, but do CLOSE EYES SOFTLY when spraying around the eyes!
    • Let your spray sit for a couple of minutes or use the air from your EMPTY airbrush spray gun to blow your foundation dry/set.
    • When set/Dry, add a drop or two of your blush/bronzer and highlight the areas you want highlighter.
    • Clean you airbrush gun with water, remembering to spray through the nozzle to keep the nozzle clean and free from makeup drying/clogging the spray hole. Also place a tissue over the spray nozzle with the lid on the cup to back wash, then blow out the nozzle again.
    • If you use airbrush eye shadows, you can now apply your eye shadow.
    •  Clean you airbrush gun again with water, remembering to spray through the nozzle to keep the nozzle clean and free from makeup drying/clogging the spray hole. Also place a tissue over the spray nozzle with the lid on the cup to back wash, then blow out the nozzle again.
    • Finished look should last at least 12 hours.  In hot/humid areas of the USA, You may want to apply the Lori G Ashley face dusting powder, AFTER your foundation has dried completely or a few hours later if the set is not staying as you like, as a touch up.
    • Enjoy your beautiful airbrush look!

Botox & Fillers

Physician's Plan One in Summerville is the first place I have gone to that isn't selling their own brand of facial products and trying to up sell them while giving Botox and filler; or giving watered down Botox and filler treatment that require a follow up treatment with poor results both visits!

I normally don't plug for spas or Botox facilities. However, Physician's Plan One in Summerville, South Carolina know exactly what they are doing; and how to administer Botox and filler! Physician's Plan One in Summerville, SC got it right the first time and needed NO follow up visit to fix! Love this place for all my Botox/filler needs!

I found Physician's Plan One in Summerville, SC after a previous visit to Palmeto Med Spa in Ladson, SC that left me with far less than desired results back in October of 2013.  I don't know if the Botox given me was watered down or the person administering it was the issue.

All I know is the following:
When I as a consumer pay for Botox or filler, I demand excellence!
The person administering Botox should know how to inject it without causing the eyes to droop and be able to remove all the wrinkles on my forehead above my eyebrows!
Botox is not cheap for a lifespan of 3 to 4 months.  So, I also demand to get what I am paying for!  The name of the person or facility has no impact on what I am willing to pay or sacrifice. It is the product and results that I will spend my money on!

As I age, (Now 49 1/2), Botox is a luxury I and many others splurge to feel better about self image. It is not only for image, but, for emotional fulfillment.   The old saying, "If momma ain't happy, nobody's going to be happy".... Botox keeps me happy, lol!

Germain Dermatology Associates in Mount Pleasant, SC has a good reputation.  However, the wait time is far too long to sit in an office, only to have to listen to the endless onslaught of up selling for Dr. Germain's own skin care products. FYI.... VERY PRICY considering there are far cheaper alternatives that are also all natural. When I come to an office to receive Botox/fillers; and had to wait from an hour to 2 hours after my appointment time for a 10 minute max injection time, STOP SELL YAPPING and let me out of here!

Physician's Plan One in Summerville, SC was $10.00 a unit I think and cost me a grand total of $200.00 for my Botox at my 11's and forehead wrinkles. I am also told that Physician's Plan One in Summerville, SC will be providing a new filler that lasts for up to 3 years in the spring of 2014!

If Preparation H cream with Biodyne was legal in the USA, I wouldn't be getting Botox or fillers. Since it is no longer sold with Biodyne in it and made illegal in the USA, Botox is the only option that honestly works for me.

I am not affiliated with or compensated by Physician's Plan One in Summerville, South Carolina.  I am just a Botox consumer that felt my fellow Botox consumers should have a first hand review of my Botox product/service experiences thus far.
